In order to proceed, you must agree with the following terms:

Content Restrictions

Marketers taking part in the purchase of of their name as a keyword may not redirect to any site containing any illegal or adult content such as pornography, warez, hacking, hate content, gambling or other non family-friendly. All sites must be related to internet marketing or a Bio page or Blog about your internet marketing activities.

Buying Your Name or Others names

Your name is limited to 3 words and no more than 40 Total Characters.

You may buy others names for the use of directing a URL to one of their sites with your affiliate link. You may not buy a name from another marketer to use as a way to captivate traffic from a 'GURU' to drive traffic to your site. You may also not buy the name of others to "BLOCK" them from. It must drive traffic to one of their sites and it is O.K. to use your affiliate link. Of course, you can NEVER buy a name of a person to use against them in any way.

Duplicate names

Duplicate names are not allowed. If someone buys your name, you may buy 1 slot on the site with a different spelling of your name (Mike/Michael) or by using a middle initial.

No name cam appear on the page more than 2 times (with different spelling.) Basically, you and an affiliate are allowed to use your name. If 2 Marketers have the same name, both can buy their names and have a duplicate.

How Many Names Can You Buy

You may buy as many names of internet marketers as you like. As long as it falls in place with 'Buying Others names' and 'Duplicate names'  above.

What You Can Not Can Not Buy

Basically we can answer that by saying, you can ONLY BUY names of internet marketers, or your name if you are an internet marketer. You can NOT buy website names or keyword names or trademarked terms etc. Only names can be purchased.

Data Changes

This site generally does not change the information submitted by buyers so be sure that it is correct and that you've fully checked the links and spelling.

Content Changes

If at any time the content of a site submitted changes and is found to be inappropriate, falling under the content restriction clause the site link and all data will be removed with no refund.

Purchase Agreement

You as the buyer agree to be bound by the above stipulations and restrictions. You agree to indemnify 500internetmarketers.com, MikeFilsaime.com, Inc, Its sponsors and associates from any and all damages or legal issue from the result of purchasing a word link at 500internetmarketers.com.

We do not guarantee any traffic or search engine placement as a result of claiming a word on this page.

All purchases of name word links are NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales are final! We reserve the right to refund payments for suggested terms or links which we do not accept.

We reserve the right to reject any Name suggestion, link or mouseover text for any reason.
